Certification as an Authorized Service Center requires extensive product training on site at Gast. Authorized Service Centers are required to maintain a minimum of one certified technician on staff at all times, stock necessary spare parts and units to service or replace products in their territory, and maintain all necessary equipment and facilities to perform diagnostic testing and repairs of Gast Products. On-site inspection and audits of these facilities are performed annually by a designated Gast Representative to ensure the highest quality.
